Information on our session times and the duration that they run for can be found here!
What are the terms of entry into the event?
To enter the event, patrons must be 18 years old and over unless accompanied by a legal guardian. Full details of the Terms of Entry can be found here.
Should I bring cash or my card?
This year’s festival is going cashless! As such, you need to use your card at all of the payment points. However, if you need to use cash, you can buy a pre-loaded festival card from the merchandise tent which can be used as a ‘credit card’ across the festival.
I have tickets to the Saturday Family Session. Will I be allowed to stay for the Super Saturday Session too?
The venue will be cleared at the end of the Saturday Family Session (3.30pm) to reset for the next session. If you would like to stay for the Super Saturday Session, you will be required to purchase the relevant ticket to enter.
Are my tickets refundable?
All tickets are non-refundable. Please ensure that you choose your tickets carefully at the time of purchase.
Can I swap my tickets for another session?
Unfortunately, no. We will only permit a swap to another session in special circumstances.
What is the best way to sell my tickets if I can’t make it anymore?
Are there any lockout times for each session?
Nope! That means you can arrive with a ticket during anytime in the session.
